Stephen Gossett - President
Mr. Gossett began his energy services career in 1969 with Honeywell,
Inc. In 1978, Mr. Gossett helped found Delta Energetics Corporation, serving
as President and eventually negotiating the sale of the company to AMF, Inc.
In
1986, Mr. Gossett was part of a group that formed CSI Control Systems International
(CSI) via a leveraged buy out of AMF Controls from AMF, Inc. CSI grew to become
the third largest U.S. owned building control systems manufacturer. As VP and
General Manager Global Business Development, Mr. Gossett made CSI’s initial
contacts with TAC AB culminating in CSI’s sale to TAC in 2000. Mr. Gossett
founded Transcend Equity in December, 2001. Some of Mr. Gossett’s career highlights
include projects with the entire Dallas Public School system, Citibank buildings
worldwide, and Rockefeller Center, the world’s largest commercial office
complex. Mr. Gossett is an associate member of the National Association of Real
Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT). |
