Gossett Jr. - Vice President
Mr. Gossett’s career in the energy services industry began when he joined
CSI Energy Solutions in 1995. In 1997, Mr.
Gossett pioneered the Managed Utility Services Contracting (MUSC) method for
developing energy savings projects in the commercial real estate market, developing
over $25 million in MUSC projects. Mr. Gossett is active in the Real Estate community,
and is a graduate of the Associate Leadership Council for the Real Estate Council (TREC) in
Dallas. He was appointed to the board of directors for TREC in 2004, and has
served in an advisory capacity for the organization through multiple committees.
Mr. Gossett holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from
Texas A & M University, an EIT certification from the National Society of
Professional
Engineers (NSPE) as
well as Certified Energy Manager (CEM), Certified Demand Side Manager (CDSM)
and Certified Energy Procurement Professional (CEP) certifications from the Association
of Energy Engineers (AEE). Mr.
Gossett is also an associate member of the National Association of Real Estate
Investment Trusts (NAREIT).
