MESA Protects Continuity
of Business
The Problem
One of our client’s major tenants is a financial institution with critical
operations housed in several of our client’s older buildings. Of particular
concern was the condition of the HVAC systems in these buildings, which were
approaching the end of their useful life. Anxiety over the reliability of these
systems led the tenant to consider relocating their operations to other facilities
that could better guarantee their continuity of business.
The Solution
Through MESA, Transcend Equity replaced the HVAC systems serving the buildings without
disrupting any of the tenant’s operations or burdening the operating staff.
As part of the system modernization, Transcend Equity also provided fully redundant
system capacity to areas serving the critical operations to better protect the
tenant from system failure.
The Impact
Transcend Equity’s improvements alleviated the tenant’s continuity of business
concerns. By implementing these improvements through MESA, our client was able
to retain a key tenant without sacrificing investment yield. |
